Multi deck machine

Classification is one of the disciplines for which a vibratory separator is used. In addition to removing contaminants from liquid or powder, a vibratory separator is regularly used to split a product into multiple fractions.

An AMKCO Multi-deck-machine has different screen openings, from coarse to fine, sitting on top of one another in the machine. The product that has moved from the upper screen must go to the middle of the next screen. A so-called distributing frame is used to make this happen.

This distributing frame looks similar to all other frames, but it is funnel-shaped and has a convex bottom with a central outlet. In addition, the distributing frame has two inspection openings through which the screen can be viewed for an inspection of the screen mesh during production.
